Con este proyecto buscábamos una vivienda convencional en un refugio de sofisticación y calidez. Nuestra intervención nace de la voluntad de redefinir la atmósfera del hogar, fusionando una estética moderna con la funcionalidad técnica necesaria para el ritmo de vida actual.

El alma de esta reforma integral reside en la arquitectura personalizada: una redistribución inteligente proyectada específicamente para alinearse con las necesidades reales y los hábitos de sus habitantes. Cada estancia ha sido concebida para ser acogedora y eficiente, integrando una decoración diseñada a medida que actúa como un reflejo fiel de la personalidad de los clientes. Con una selección exquisita de materiales y un estudio detallado de la luz, Narciso Serra no es solo una vivienda renovada, sino un espacio exclusivo donde el diseño de interiores se adapta, por fin, a las personas.

With this project, we aimed to transform a conventional home into a refuge of sophistication and warmth. Our intervention stems from the desire to redefine the atmosphere of the home, blending modern aesthetics with the technical functionality required for today’s pace of life.

The soul of this full renovation lies in its bespoke architecture: an intelligent redistribution designed specifically to align with the real needs and habits of its inhabitants. Each space has been conceived to be both welcoming and efficient, integrating custom-designed décor that faithfully reflects the clients’ personalities. With an exquisite selection of materials and a detailed study of light, Narciso Serra is not just a renovated home, but an exclusive space where interior design finally adapts to the people who live in it.
