Con este proyecto hemos liderado una transformación arquitectónica integral que redefine el concepto de habitabilidad. Este proceso de cambio de uso y reforma integral ha permitido convertir un espacio comercial en una propuesta residencial exclusiva, donde la arquitectura técnica y el interiorismo se fusionan para crear un hogar lleno de vida.

Nuestra propuesta se centra en potenciar la sensación de amplitud y frescura, utilizando una estética joven y vibrante que dota a cada estancia de una identidad propia. Mediante una ejecución técnica impecable, hemos logrado espacios abiertos y fluidos donde la luz natural es la protagonista absoluta. This change of use and full refurbishment process has successfully turned a commercial space into an exclusive residential proposal, where technical architecture and interior design merge to create a home full of character.

Our design focuses on enhancing the sense of spaciousness and freshness, employing a youthful and vibrant aesthetic that gives every room its own unique identity. Through flawless technical execution, we have achieved open and fluid spaces where natural light takes center stage.
